- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. rice or cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. crushed red pepper
- 1/2 minced ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 5 c. chopped broccoli
Directions

1Combine soy sauce, vinegar and sugar in a small bowl; set aside.

2Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

3Add sesame seed. Cook 1 minute, until browned.

5Add oil and next 3 ingredients; stir-fry 30 seconds.

6Add broccoli; stir-fry 1 minute.

7Add soy sauce mixture; stir well.

8Cover and cook 2 minutes.
