Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cucumber cubed
  • 1 cup of tomato cubed
  • 1/2 head of lettuce finely chopped
  • cup of green olives
  • cup of black olives
  • 1/2 cup of chopped fresh coriander
  • 1/2 cup of chopped fresh mint
  • 1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • a juice of a halve lemon
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of dried mint
  • 1/2 tsp of cumen
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/2 cup of chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup of chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup of borgol or coscos

Directions

    mix the chopped veggies in a big bowel

    soak the borgol in lemon juice add the olive oil and the seasoning and let it set
  3. 3
    when it sets add the borgol to the chopped veggies and add the olives and mix well

    serve with grilled meat or chicken.
