  • 6 tomatoes
  • 3 bunches parsley
  • 4 onions

    Soak 1 cup fine cracked wheat for 15 minutes.

    Rinse in cold water.

    Squeeze excess water.

    Put in bowl.

    Add chopped tomatoes, parsley and onion.
