- 3 medium tomatoes
- 2 large lemons
- 14 cup virgin olive oil
- 14 cup vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped or 1 cup of raw broad bean (when in season)
Directions

1Place crushed wheat in a cup of luke warm water.

2Chop parsley finely.

3DO NOT use a blender.

4Dice tomatos.

5Squeeze Lemons.

6Have oil ready.

7Place the crushed wheat at bottom of salad bowl.

8Add Parsley, Tomato, Oil& Lemon.

9Add Salt& Pepper to Taste.

10Stir generously and place in fridge to chill.
