  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. beer
  • 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • chopped hot red pepper

Directions

    Brown beef; drain.

    Add taco seasoning.

    Stir in water, beer, tomato paste and hot pepper.

    Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Stir in grated Cheddar.

    Bake at 325° for 5 to 10 minutes. Freezes well.

    Reheat in oven or microwave.

    Serve with tortilla chips.
