  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped black olives
  • 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Directions

    Brown meat with onion in skillet, stirring until beef is crumbly; drain. Reserve some of the olives for topping.

    Layer refried beans, beef mixture, remaining olives, green chilies and cheese in greased 2-quart baking dish. Spread with taco sauce. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes. Spread with sour cream; sprinkle with green onions and reserve olives. Serve with nacho chips. Yields 6 servings.
