  • 3 c. grated cheese
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 lb. hamburger meat
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 large can tomato paste
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 jar Del Monte hot enchilada sauce

Directions

    Brown meat, drain grease off.

    Add mushrooms, onion, tomato paste, garlic powder, chili powder and salt.

    Simmer and bring to a boil for 15 minutes.
