  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
  • 1/4 c. taco sauce
  • 1 (6 oz.) container frozen avocado dip
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (6 oz.)
  • 5 taco shells, crushed
  • 1 c. lettuce, chopped
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onion
  • 1/4 c. sliced olives

Directions

    Crumble the beef into a 1 1/2-quart casserole, then stir in onion.

    Micro-cook, covered, on 100% power (High) 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes or until done.

    Drain, then stir in tomato sauce, water and chili powder.
