Taco Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/2 whole Diced Onion
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 package Dry Taco Seasoning
  • 1 can Corn, Drained
  • 1 can Black Beans, Drained
  • 2 cups Shredded Colby Cheese, Or Shredded Mexican Style Cheese
  • 2 cups Corn Chips (I Use Fritos)

Directions

    Brown ground beef and onions (drain excess fat if there is any.

    Add in tomato sauce, taco seasoning stir until mixed.

    Add corn and black beans, let simmer another 15 minutes.

    Add cheese on top and serve when cheese is nice and melted.

    Serve with corn chips.

    You can put it in a 9x13 pan in the oven @ 350 for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and pretty or you can serve right out of the skillet if you are short on time.

    I usually serve right out of the skillet and no one complains
