  • 2 lb. hamburger meat (extra lean is best)
  • 4 oz. mild or hot salsa
  • 8 oz. medium picante sauce
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 14 oz. diced tomatoes (Del Monte Recipe Ready)
  • 16 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions

    Brown and drain hamburger meat.

    Add salsa, picante sauce, seasoning and tomatoes.

    Simmer for 30 minutes on low.

    Then add 16 ounces Velveeta cheese (cubed).

    Stir to make sure cheese does not stick or burn.

    Put in crock-pot.
