- 2 lb. hamburger meat (extra lean is best)
- 4 oz. mild or hot salsa
- 8 oz. medium picante sauce
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 14 oz. diced tomatoes (Del Monte Recipe Ready)
- 16 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Directions

1Brown and drain hamburger meat.

2Add salsa, picante sauce, seasoning and tomatoes.

3Simmer for 30 minutes on low.

4Then add 16 ounces Velveeta cheese (cubed).

5Stir to make sure cheese does not stick or burn.

6Put in crock-pot.
