  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz.) whipped cream cheese
  • 16 oz. salsa
  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned
  • taco seasoning mix
  • 12 oz. pkg. shredded sharp cheese
  • onion, diced
  • tomato, diced
  • green pepper, diced

Directions

    Brown ground beef and mix with taco seasoning.

    Set aside to cool.

    Mix together mayonnaise and whipped cream cheese.

    Spread on bottom of glass pie dish.

    Layer salsa, then ground beef and package of sharp cheese.

    Top with onion, tomato and green pepper. Sprinkle on top.
