Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1/4 c. and 1/3 c. chopped onion, divided
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained and mashed
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. sliced black olives
Directions

1Saute meat and 1/4 cup onion.

2Drain off fat.

3Stir in catsup, chili powder, salt and beans.

4Mix well.

5Spoon into ungreased 8 x 8-inch baking dish.

6Sprinkle remaining 1/3 cup onion, cheese and olives on top.

7Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

8Makes about four cups.

9Serve with tortilla chips.
