Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 head lettuce, chopped fine
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 can refried beans (optional)
  • sliced black or green olives (optional)
  • 2 pkg. taco seasoning
  • cheese

Directions

    Brown the ground beef with taco seasoning as directed.

    Strain and let cool.

    In a 9 x 12-inch pan, layer sour cream.

    Top with ground beef, then refried beans (optional), then top with lettuce, tomatoes, olives (optional) and cheese.

    Refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Serve with chips.
