- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
Directions

1Melt cheese in double boiler or nonstick pan with the juice from the Ro-Tel tomatoes.

2Chop tomatoes very finely to add to cheese.

3Let simmer 1/2 hour.

4Cook hamburger until light brown; drain excess grease.

5Add 3/4 cup water and 1/2 package taco seasoning.

6Let simmer for 1/2 hour.

7Add hamburger to cheese and let simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

8Can be used as a dip for Doritos or topping for taco or burritos.
