- 1 jar taco sauce (mild or hot)
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Spread cream cheese on bottom of quiche dish.

2Mix onion, pepper and tomatoes.

4Pour taco sauce on top to cover.

5Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Sprinkle with cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
