  • 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix (with pudding in mix)
  • 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 eggs

Directions

    Grease and flour 9-inch layer cake pans.

    In a large bowl with mixer at low speed, blend all ingredients for 30 seconds.

    Beat at medium speed 2 minutes or until cake springs back at a light touch.

    Cool in pans 10 minutes.

    Remove from pan and place on a wire rack to cool.

    Frost, if desired.
