- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 10 to 12 tortillas
- 2 c. small curd cottage cheese, drained
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 c. shredded lettuce
- 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
- 3 chopped green onions
- 2 cans black olives, chopped or sliced
Directions

1Brown and drain the ground beef.

2Add the chili powder, salt and pepper and can of diced tomatoes; heat through.

3Cover the bottom of a cake pan with tortillas.

4Pour the beef mixture over the tortillas and add another layer of tortillas over that.

5Set aside.
