  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 c. salsa
  • 4 medium green peppers
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

Directions

    In a large skillet, brown ground beef; drain.
