  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Plain Black Beans, Drained
  • 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground Sea Salt, Or To Taste
  • 1 dash Tamari, To Taste
  • 1 dash Lime Juice, To Taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Safflower Or Olive Oil

    Put black beans in a food processor and pulse until desired consistency.
