Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef; 1 pkg. taco seasoning; 1 to 2 c. grated cheese; 3/4 c. Bisquick; 1 1/2 c. milk; 3 eggs; lettuce; tomato; onion; sour cream

1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 to 2 c. grated cheese
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
lettuce
tomato
onion
sour cream

Directions

Brown ground beef with taco seasoning.

Drain.

Place ground beef in greased 10-inch pie plate.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Mix Bisquick with milk and eggs, beat well.

Pour this mixture over meat mixture.

Bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.

Serve with lettuce, tomato, onion and sour cream. For added crunch add taco chips.
