  • 1 to 2 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 taco seasoning mix
  • 1 jar taco salsa sauce
  • 2 pie crusts
  • 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. 1
    Brown meat. Add diced onion and green pepper. Drain. Add taco seasoning and taco salsa; simmer. Brown pie crust for a few minutes. Pour mixture into pie crust. Add both cheeses (sprinkle on top). Put back in oven and bake 10 to 12 minutes, until cheese melts, at 350°.
