  • 454 grams ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 pinch chipotle powder
  • 1 pinch cayenne powder
  • 1 pinch gluten free curry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can V8 Juice
  • 1 cup havarti cheese grated
  • 2 jalapeno peppers
  • 1 cheese slice Kraft Singles
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon 1% milk
  • 1 1/2 red bell pepper a medium
  • 1 1/2 avocado a large
  • 1 cup tortilla chips crumbed

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (I raised it to 400 for final minutes)

    Cook the ground beef on the stove top, drain liquid twice before adding the can of v8 juice & other seasonings. once nearly cooked add the red bell pepper

    Separately bake the Jalapenos with the Kraft singles for approx 20 mins. Puree and add to Beef mix. Let this cool in the fridge.

    Grate the Havarti cheese

    Crumb the tortilla chips ( I used the magic bullet)

    Melt the cream cheese, add lemon juice & Milk put in Magic bullet with one half Avocado to puree

    Mix Havarti, salsa & tortilla crumbs into Ground Beef mix, fill Pie shell

    Top filled Shell with avocado mix.

    Bake as is, check periodically, Take it out when the Pie shell is lightly browned.

    Garnish with smoked paprika
