  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 pkg. taco sauce
  • sour cream
  • chopped lettuce
  • chopped tomatoes
  • grated cheese

Directions

    Fry down meat and onions and taco sauce.

    Then mix Bisquick, milk and eggs together.

    Set aside.

    In a greased cake pan, spread meat mixture on the bottom, then add Bisquick mixture on top of meat.

    Bake at 400° for 25 minutes. Put sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes and cheese on top and serve.
