- 1 lb. ground turkey or veal
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. peeled chopped tomato
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. skim milk
- 4 egg whites
Directions

1Cook turkey or veal.

2Mix with water and taco mix.

3Cook until thick.

4Pour into 10-inch pie pan or oblong casserole sprayed with Pam.

5Layer all but the last 3 ingredients.

6Mix last 3; pour over casserole.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
