  • taco shells or Navajo fry bread
  • beef barbecue or chili con carne or chopped chicken with gravy
  • 1 head lettuce, salad size pieces
  • 6 to 10 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • carrots, pickles (optional)

    bread on plate.

    Add meat sauce, then lettuce (or cabbage), tomatoes, carrots and cheese over all.
