  • 1/2 c. taco sauce
  • dash of garlic salt
  • 3/4 head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 3 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. corn chips, crumbled slightly
  • Parmesan cheese

    Brown meat well, stirring to keep it crumbly.

    Pour off fat from skillet.
