Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned
  • 1/2 medium size onion, chopped
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained
  • 2/3 fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 small bag Doritos, broken
  • 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 bottle Thousand Island dressing

Directions

    Brown meat in skillet.

    Add onions and saute until limp.

    Drain beans and add to meat.

    Refrigerate until chilled.

    Add chopped tomatoes, torn lettuce and broken Doritos.

    Sprinkle with grated cheese and toss with dressing.

    Top with sliced avocados.

    Serve immediately.
