  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 envelope (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning
  • 1 head lettuce, torn
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 c. radishes
  • 4 Tbsp. sliced green onion
  • 1 can (15 oz.) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag (7 1/2 oz.) nacho cheese corn chips
  • creamy Italian salad dressing

Directions

    Brown ground beef; drain well.

    Stir in taco seasoning and let cool.

    In a large bowl, toss lettuce, tomato, radishes, green onion, beans and cheese.

    Just before serving, toss with meat, corn chips and just enough dressing to coat lightly.
