Taco Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 head lettuce, chopped
  • 1 bag taco chips, crushed
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (8 oz.) Green Goddess salad dressing
  • 1 (8 oz.) creamy onion or creamy Italian dressing
  • 4 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 c. sliced black olives
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning

Directions

    Brown ground beef and drain.

    Add beans and sprinkle taco seasoning over all.

    Mix well and refrigerate overnight (if possible).

    Then add cheese, lettuce, dressings, tomatoes and olives, mixing well.

    Add crushed taco chips just before serving, mixing well.
