- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 head lettuce, chopped
- 1 bag taco chips, crushed
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (8 oz.) Green Goddess salad dressing
- 1 (8 oz.) creamy onion or creamy Italian dressing
- 4 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 c. sliced black olives
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
Directions

1Brown ground beef and drain.

2Add beans and sprinkle taco seasoning over all.

3Mix well and refrigerate overnight (if possible).

4Then add cheese, lettuce, dressings, tomatoes and olives, mixing well.

5Add crushed taco chips just before serving, mixing well.
