  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. taco mix
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
  • 1 bag corn chips
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Brown the ground beef.

    Add taco mix and refrigerate.

    Cut up all vegetables into bite sizes.

    Put on serving platter. Sprinkle beef mix on top. Add corn chips and cheese on top. Serve with salad dressing.
