- 1 head lettuce
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1 avocado
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
- 1 bag corn chips
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Directions
