- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. corn meal
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
Directions

1Heat 8-inch skillet on medium-low heat just until hot.

2Grease skillet with vegetable oil if necessary.

3Pour scant 1/4 cup of batter into skillet.

4Immediately rotate skillet until batter forms very thin tortilla about 6 inches in diameter.

5Cook tortilla until dry around edges, about 2 minutes.

6Turn and cook other side until golden, about 2 minutes longer.

7Makes about 8 tacos.
