Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (14 oz.) can kidney beans
  • 1 to 2 c. water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown beef in heavy kettle.

    Drain and add onion.

    Cook until onion is tender.

    Add remaining ingredients except cheese.

    Do not drain vegetables.

    Simmer

    for 15 minutes.

    Top each serving with grated cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
