  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans (undrained)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can corn (undrained)
  • 1 (32 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (8 to 12 oz.) can tomato juice
  • 1 pkg. dry taco seasoning mix

Directions

    Fry beef and onion together; drain fat.

    Add remaining ingredients, including liquid from beans and corn.

    Simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
