- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1- 28 oz. can tomatoes
- 1- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
- 1- 15 oz. can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1- 14 - 16 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
- shredded cheddar cheese
- chopped tomato and corn chips
Directions

1In a large saucepan or a Dutch oven, brown beef and onions; drain.

2Puree the tomatoes in their liquid; add to pan with tomato sauce, water, beans, corn and taco seasoning.

3Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

4If desired, top each serving with cheese, tomato and corn chips.
