- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 turkey size bag 19 x 23 1/2 reynolds cooking bag
- 12-16 pound fully cooked ham with bone in
- Whole cloves
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2Shake flour in bag.

3Place in roaster at least 2 inches deep.

4Remove skin, trim fat from ham leaving a thin layer, lightly score surface of ham.

5Stud with cloves.

6Place ham in bag.

7Close bag with nylon tie.

8Make 6 - 1/2 inch slits in top of bag.

9Insert meat thermometer through slit in bag.
-
10Bake to 140 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 1/4 hrs.

11Makes 16-22 servings.
