  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 (14 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans, undrained
  • 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, undrained
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 (0.4 oz.) pkg. Ranch-style salad dressing mix
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (11.5 oz.) can V-8

Directions

    Cook beef and onion in a Dutch oven until meat is browned; drain.
