  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 c. finely chopped carrots
  • 2 c. cream of potato soup
  • 1 can beef bouillon soup or 1 cube and water
  • 2 large cans chili or kidney beans
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 qt. tomatoes, broken up
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese
  • corn chips

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and simmer on low heat for 2 hours. Top each individual bowl with grated Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese (combined) and crushed or whole corn chips.
