  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 (14 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans, undrained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, undrained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can yellow hominy, drained
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, undrained
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 pkg. Ranch style salad dressing mix
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cook beef and onion in Dutch oven; drain.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Cover; reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
