Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, with liquid
- 1 (14 oz.) can kidney beans, with liquid
- 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, with liquid
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- grated cheese
- 1 to 2 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown ground beef in heavy kettle.

2Add onions, brown and drain.

3Add whole tomatoes, kidney beans, corn, tomato sauce, taco seasoning, 1 to 2 cups water and salt and pepper to taste.

4Simmer for 15 minutes.

5Ladle into bowls and top with grated cheese. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

6Good with nacho chips.

7(This can be simmered several hours in a crock-pot.)
