Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground round
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 28 oz. can whole tomatoes (undrained)
  • 16 oz. can kidney beans (undrained)
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg. dry taco seasoning
  • 1 to 2 c. water
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 small bag nacho chips
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 17 oz. can corn (undrained)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Brown beef in heavy kettle.

    Drain excess fat and add onion. Cook until onion is tender.

    Add remaining ingredients except cheese, nacho chips and sour cream.

    Simmer 15 minutes.

    Ladle into bowls and top with shredded cheese, nacho chips and sour cream.
