Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Meat -- I've Used Turkey, Beef, And Venison. All Are Great!
  • 1 envelope Ranch Dressing Mix, 1 Ounce Packet
  • 1 envelope Taco Seasoning, 1 Ounce Packet -- I Use Mild, But You Can Choose Your Heat!
  • 1 can Pinto Beans 15 Oz.
  • 1 can Corn, 15 Oz
  • 1 can Kidney Beans (15 Oz)
  • 1 can Chopped Green Chilies - 7 Oz.
  • 2 cans Stewed Tomatoes - 15 Oz. Each, Total Of 30 Oz.
  • Optional Garnishes: Shredded Cheese, Sour Cream, Chips

Directions

    In a skillet, brown the ground meat over medium heat. You may want to add a dash of salt and black pepper. Once the meat is browned, drain it and place in crock pot.

    Add all other ingredients (except garnish) into the crock pot with the meat. Give everything a quick mix.

    Heat soup thoroughly on high for 15-20 minutes, then simmer on low for about one hour.

    Top with tortilla chips, cheese, sour cream and enjoy!
