  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 whole Medium-sized, Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Finely Chopped Celery
  • 14 ounces, weight Can Tomato Sauce
  • 12 ounces, weight Can Corn With Liquid
  • 14 ounces, weight Can Kidney Beans, Drained
  • 1/3 cups Salsa
  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning
  • 3 cups Water

Directions

    Fry beef with onions and celery until tender and beef is cooked through. Combine all ingredients in a large pot and simmer 10-15 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, shredded cheese and sour cream, if desired.
