  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 1 can (15.5 Oz. Size) Pinto Beans
  • 1 can (15.5 Oz. Size) Red Beans
  • 1 can (15.25 Oz. Size) Black Beans
  • 1 can (15.25 Oz. Size) Whole Kernel Corn
  • 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes With Green Chilies (RoTel)
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 package (1 Oz. Packet) Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 package (1.25 Oz. Packet) Taco Seasoning
  • FOR SERVING (optional):
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Sour Cream
  • Corn Chips

Directions

    In a large pot, brown the ground beef seasoned to taste with salt and pepper. Once browned, drain off the grease. Add all cans of beans, corn, and tomatoes with their juices. Stir in the ranch and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to low. Cover and simmer at least 20 minutes.

    Serve with cheese, sour cream, and corn chips.
