Directions

   Brown ground beef or turkey in medium size skillet.

   Add taco seasoning as directed. Take biscuits, flatten each one and work into a muffin tin.

   Take grated cheese and place in the bottom of the biscuit. Fill each biscuit with meat mixture. Top with grated cheese.

   Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
