  • 2 avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. taco mix
  • 1 (10 oz.) can jalapeno flavored bean dip
  • 2 c. diced tomatoes
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • chopped black olives

Directions

    Mash avocados with a fork and add lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix.

    On a pie plate or other deep dish plate, arrange as single layers in the following order:

    bean dip, sour cream mixture, avocado mixture, cheese, tomatoes and olives.

    Serve as a dip with plain tortilla chips.
