Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef; 1 large onion; 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes; 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce; 1 pkg. taco seasoning; 1 doz. corn tortillas, cut in pie shape pieces; 1/4 to 3/4 lb. grated cheese

1 large onion
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 doz. corn tortillas, cut in pie shape pieces
1/4 to 3/4 lb. grated cheese

Directions

Brown beef with onion.

Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and taco seasoning.

Simmer 15 minutes.

In large casserole, layer tortillas, meat sauce and cheese (ending with cheese on top). Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
