  • 2 cups White Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Pure Cane Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/3 cups Butter
  • 1 cup Milk

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425 F and grease a baking pan. In a mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients (flour through salt) and stir to mix well. Cut in butter until mixture looks like crumbles. Gradually add milk.

    Dump dough out on floured surface and roll it out to 1/2 inch thick. Use a biscuit cutter and cut circles until no dough is left. Place them on the baking pan leaving a bit of space between. Bake for 13 minutes.
