- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine corn syrup, cream of tartar, water and sugar.

2Cook to 265°.

3Remove from heat.

4Add vanilla.

5Pour onto greased platter. When cool enough to handle, pull until snowy white.
