  • 2 eggs
  • 2 garlic cloves - finely sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes - skinned and finely sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Cumin

  • Salt/ Black peper
  • Powdered Ginger
  • Parsley
  • A few slices of red or green pepper to garnish
