  • 1/4 cup lemon juice or 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 garlic cloves, minced or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch cayenne
  • 1 dates, pitted (optional)
